Living Principles
When checking out, residents must leave the room as clean and intact as when they moved in and obtain approval before departure.
Residents must cooperate in creating a safe, pleasant, and orderly community; drinking, drug use, smoking, gambling, violence, or any behavior that harms others or violates student conduct is prohibited.
Residents must follow instructions from the dorm director or assistants for safety and order.

Roll Call
Residents are responsible for entry control and must observe roll call.
Night roll call: Monday–Friday at 23:00
After roll call, residents may not enter/exit without permission. Exceptions can be made for special circumstances.

Going Out and Overnight Stays
Weekday overnight stays are limited to twice per month and must be reported to dorm officers per procedure.
Curfew is 23:00; missing curfew is treated as an unauthorized overnight stay.
Exceeding the allowed number of outings/overnights is also treated as unauthorized. Weekend overnight stays run from Friday until Monday roll call (23:00).

Room Inspections
Residents must cooperate with room inspections conducted to maintain cleanliness, facilities, inventory, and orderly communal living.
Inspections include two scheduled checks (after move-in and before move-out) and special inspections as deemed necessary by the director or assistants.

Use of Common Facilities
Residents are responsible for safety, fire prevention, and cleanliness/maintenance.
Use common facilities and equipment with care; losses or damage due to intent or negligence must be compensated at cost.
Residents may not receive mail or parcels addressed to others.
Any activity posing fire risk and the possession of unauthorized electrical appliances/heaters are prohibited.
