Job Announcement 

Non-tenure full-time foreign Instructors

◎ Open Positions

◎ Period of Contract : September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2028

◎ Required qualifications

A. Those who are eligible for appointment pursuant to the Private School Acts of KOREA

B. Christians (recognized by Sungkyul Church Denomination)

C. Applicants who meet one of the qualifications mentioned below

① Native speakers with a Master’s degree in a relevant field and 2 or more years of teaching experience at the university or public school level.

② Native speakers with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 4 or more years of teaching experience at the university or public school level, OR holding a recognized native language teaching certificate (e.g., TESOL).

D. Teaching careers at private educational institutes (Hak Won) are not counted

 ◎ Working Conditions

A. Salary will be determined based on experience and qualification.

B. 15 teaching hours per week (overtime is paid)

C. Subsidized medical insurance and pension

D. Subsidized housing

E. Renewal of contract every two years based on performance evaluation

J. Consent to a sex offense history inquiry (Attachment 3)

K. Consent to collect, use, provide, and inquire about personal information (Attachment 4)

A. Applicants are requested to submit the required documents in person to Sungkyul University

B. After documents are reviewed, the university will individually contact qualified applicants for an interview

◎ Interview Schedule

A. First Interview (Individual notification only for those who pass the document screening)

B. Final Interview: Wednesday, July 29, 2026 (will contact individually for successful candidates of the 1st Interview only)
